Do not include student names, identifying details, medical information, discipline records, photos, or other confidential student information in a support message. A game name, device type, browser, and description of what happened are normally enough to investigate a technical problem.
Useful details for technical support
- the name of the game;
- the device and browser being used;
- whether the game was projected, mirrored, or opened directly;
- what you clicked immediately before the problem; and
- a screenshot that does not reveal student information.
