Teacher-operated use
The free games are designed to be opened and controlled by a teacher or other supervising adult on a classroom device. Students should not independently submit personal information to this website.
What The Fixes Program collects
The arcade does not require teacher or student accounts. As of the effective date above, The Fixes Program has not installed advertising, behavioural tracking, analytics pixels, or a contact form on this arcade.
The Fixes Program does not intentionally receive student names, game scores, classroom rosters, or individual responses through the website.
Information stored on the classroom device
Some games use browser storage so the teacher can keep settings or progress on the same device. Examples include:
- saved class rosters in The Second Chance Fix™;
- season points in The Corner Cup™;
- Cup wins in The Vaultstorm Fix™; and
- teacher-selected settings in The Showdown Fix™.
This information is intended to remain in the browser on the device being used. The Fixes Program does not intentionally receive it. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, or changing devices may remove it.
Hosting and basic technical data
The site is hosted by Netlify. Like other web hosts, Netlify may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, requested pages, and request timing. That processing is governed by Netlify’s own privacy terms.
Children and student privacy
The arcade is built to avoid student accounts and direct student data collection. Teachers should use first names, initials, nicknames, or non-identifying labels only when a game requires a roster. Do not enter sensitive information, full legal names, email addresses, identification numbers, medical information, or other confidential student information.
Advertising and analytics
No third-party advertising or client-side analytics is currently active on the arcade. This Privacy Policy will be updated before any such technology is enabled. Student roster information will not be intentionally used for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

Changes and questions
This policy may be revised as the arcade changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
